Originally purchased in the '90s, our engineer clients decided it was time for an update after a previous renovation. The biggest eyesore was a massive brick fireplace that extended from the living room into the lower-level master bedroom; removing it opened up the kitchen and dining area into a seamless floor plan. Replacing three divided-light windows in the living room with a twelve-foot-wide stackable door enhanced the indoor-outdoor living experience, beautifully tying the interior with the stunning exterior landscape using shades of green, brown, and cream. Now, these clients can entertain in their unobstructed, open space!
